Alara is a self-sustaining, solar LED design luminaire. Due to its timeless design, the latter is perfectly suited for the illumination of modern urban areas, from parks via seafronts through to landmarked space.
Alara is generally applied either in areas without electrical infrastructure or in areas that are not economically electrical developable. Further on, the luminaire is applied in areas demanding high service security even under low-light conditions.
Four special photinus high-performance photovoltaic modules mounted on a cubic aluminium fixture enable alara to generate abundant energy even in diffuse light conditions (i.e. fog, snow, etc.). Vertical alignment of modules prevents snow accumulation in winter. Sophisticated energy saving modes guarantee operations throughout a number of nights – even during continuous bad weather conditions. Alara is applicable for residential and minor roads with low traffic volume, cycle- and walkways as well as parking areas according to DIN EN13201.
The modular mounting concept enables quick and simple installation of the luminaire alara. Two LED-lighting options ensure proper illumination of different situations (place or way).
A sophisticated energy control system continuously calculates optimal LED-activation. The integrated time management enables customer to choose from three different settings. Alara is generally delivered with setting V2 and a heat-prove (up to 60 degrees) battery.
Anthracite is the predefined standard colour for alara. All RAL colours are available for large scale projects (> 50 pieces).
